Featured Speakers

Yes, we welcome guests to come and view the proceedings — no need to register; please sign in at the Hospitality Desk in the lobby of the Hofstra Arena to get a name tag (this is not the same as the credentials received by those who registered). Meal tickets for the Student Center Dining Room can be purchased in the check-in area (unfortunately “special” meals will not be available, nor will you be able to book a dorm room).
To get to the David S. Mack Sports and Exhibition Complex (we call it “the arena”) - Use 1255 Hempstead Turnpike, Uniondale, NY – this is the address of the Nassau Memorial Coliseum which is across the street from the arena entrance. If you are traveling south/west on Hempstead Tpke (Rte 24), turn right on Earle Ovington Blvd just after you see the coliseum (McDonalds will be on your left), then turn left onto East Gate Rd. When that road ends, turn right onto Dome Rd, then left onto unnamed road. The front of the arena is on your left about 700 ft after the turn.

From New York City: The Long Island Rail Road provides regular commuter service from Pennsylvania Station in New York City to the Hempstead and Mineola stations. Pennsylvania Station is located at 34th Street and 8th Avenue, below Madison Square Garden. The Hempstead and Mineola stations are serviced by Hofstra's campus shuttle. If taking the train on the Hempstead branch, exit at the final stop "Hempstead." Mineola station is on the main line; consult the schedules of the Port Jefferson and Ronkonkoma branches. Taxi cabs are available at both stations.
