Let us remember with thanksgiving the life and ministry of Rev. Donald O. Rackliffe, 88, of Feeding Hills, CT who died on June 1, 2016.   Rev. Rackliffe was a U.S. Coast Guard veteran who served during World War II. He was predeceased by his wife, Lucille, in 2009.   As a full elder, Rev. Rackliffe served 40 years in churches in the New York Conference. Let us remember the life and ministry of Rev. Charles F. Brown of Kingfield, ME, who died on May 18, 2016 at Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington, ME. Charles graduated from Medford High School in Massachusetts in 1940 and worked for two years at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in Boston, followed by one year at Northeastern University studying to be a chemical engineer.
